Creating PICTURES with TEXT or TEXT ONLY FRAMES:

  1. You should make these frames using PowerPoint.    Design them so they look exactly how they should appear in your PSA.  Do not add transitions or animations.
  2. Save the PowerPoint in the regular way first.
  3. Also save in the following way:
    1. Select “Save As”.
    2. Choose “Other formats”
    3. In the drop-down menu labeled, “Save As Type”, scroll down until you see the option called “JPEG File Interchange Format” and select it.
    4. Choose the “Every Slide” option and be sure to note the name and location of where the new file will be saved.
    5. These powerpoint slides will now be saved as “photos”, just like any photos you have taken or have downloaded.
